When Sir Edmund Hillary climbed the Mt Everest Summit in 1953, he was celebrated as the first man to reach the lofty goal. The lesser known fact is that he had a Sherpa (guide) with him named Tenzing Norgay who helped him get to the top.
Partnering with you, the CORPORATE SHERPAS relationship would be quite similar. There is no doubt in our minds that these are your goals, your hard work, and your glory. We would love to be your Sherpas who will get you there.
We will be your corporate guides to help you set the clarity of goals and vision of what needs to be achieved. We would work with you through the risks and pitfalls and ensure the implementation is as smooth as possible. From time to time, we would encourage you and we would also do some heavy lifting for you. What we will not do, is climb for you. You will have to do that yourself.
Our aim is not just to provide a solution, but leave you more capable and confident in taking on more challenges as the world moves into a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) business environment.
We will take satisfaction and fulfillment from knowing that every peak (business goal) is sacred for us.
We are experts in HUMAN BEHAVIOUR and we specialise in developing organisations and leaders adapt to the challenges of the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world. We develop organisations and make them resilient against the VUCA forces using our 3 tiered approach. We develop organisations, firstly for a HEALTHY culture,
secondly for an EFFICIENT culture
thirdly for an IMPROVEMENT culture
There is a disconnect between what businesses do and what science tells us. Sadly, organisations continue to use outdated processes and practices developed during the industrial age that science has proven are ineffective and not suited to the imagination age we now operate in. We at Corporate Sherpas combine psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics to solve the complex adaptive challenges faced by the Australian organisations. We believe that in order for any change effort to succeed, we not only need to rewire the brains of the individuals’ involved in the change but also the collective brain of the organisation.
We believe in human potential and we take satisfaction and fulfillment from knowing that organisations and individuals reach their full potential and climb every peak they set out for.
